Haftar just rolled into Tripoli Airport. Before you get excited, locals use the Mitiga International Airport after TIP was damaged in fighting. We could have a situation where Haftar is trapped inside Tripoli. Russia, the EU, Sirraj and Libya are hammering up dictator plywood.
The latest move by Haftar is directly connected to his visit to Saudi Arabia on March 27. I assume he was given the cash to pay off the other militias that evaporated. thearabweekly.com/saudi-role-exp…
There was U.S. movement into Misrata on April 1. Prescott Support runs this CASA CN-235-300 N768KD out of Germany running cargo and supplies into the US contingent in Misrata. There is also a ton of ISR over Libya at any one time. libyatimes.net/news/123-crowd…
