Here they all are in all their glory. So much diversity in this sea of treason. Every single one of them is ineligible to continue holding office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
For people asking about the order of House members, there is a reason some members are listed in the beginning instead of alphabetically by their state. The ones immediately following the inciters (11-30) are ones who said THEY STILL STAND BY THEIR VOTE. The rest wouldn’t answer.
And I don’t know how or why Debbie Lesko or David Schweikert’s district numbers for Arizona got cut off.

Here they are:

Debbie Lesko (AZ-8)
David Schweikert (AZ-6)
Please stop entertaining the idea of Trump “running again in 2024.” He is ineligible from running again under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. States can and will use this to keep him off the ballot. The same should happen to every person on this list.

Dear media:

Stop giving Republicans a pass on their unwavering united opposition to voting rights. Ask them specifically what provisions of the Freedom to Vote Act they oppose and make them justify each one. Thanks.

Sincerely,
Americans fighting for democracy
I’ll help you out:

1.) What specifically is their problem with establishing a national standard for early voting? If they claim it will “nationalize elections,” ask them what that even means and what SPECIFICALLY the provision does that they disagree with & how they’d change it.
2.) What specifically is their problem with same-day registration? This is already in place in over 20 states, several of which they currently control. If they claim it “enables widespread fraud,” ask them to back this up with evidence [There isn’t any]

I am so sick of watching this country make the same mistakes over and over and over with this fucking pandemic

Require proof of vax & masks for all domestic flights
Masks for all indoor spaces & workplaces
No indoor dining/gatherings

We could have ended this so many times over
Stop letting republicans & right wing lunatics with inexplicably large followings like @benshapiro who have “DO NOT COMPLY” as their profile picture while they and their entire families are fully vaccinated control the narrative. Stop playing defense against this murderous idiocy
ENOUGH

@benshapiro thinks he’s some sort of pro debater, right?

Ok, Ben. I challenge you to justify telling your nearly 4+ million followers and god knows how many fucking podcast listeners you have to “not comply” with something you’ve complied with & know can save their lives

“Pro-Lifer”: Abortion is murder
Me: That’s a bumper sticker, not an argument
“Pro-Lifer”: So you can’t refute it
Me: I can refute it, it’s just dumb
“Pro-Lifer”: Do it
Me: How do pregnancies occur?
“Pro-Lifer”: Women don’t keep their legs closed
Me: So they impregnate themselves?
“Pro-Lifer”: Obviously a man is required for that
Me: So a man impregnates them once they “fail to keep their legs closed”?
“Pro-Lifer”: Yes
Me: So the man creates the baby, but the woman is at fault?
“Pro-Lifer”: Yeah, she could’ve just said no to the guy
Me: What about him?
“Pro-Lifer”: What about him?
Me: Couldn’t he have just jerked off or worn a condom?
“Pro-Lifer”: So you’re blaming the guy
Me: That’s just how pregnancies occur
“Pro-Lifer”: So men should always wear condoms
Me: If avoiding pregnancy and “protecting life” is the issue, then yes

Reminder: You have to actually show up to testify to plead the 5th, and the @January6thCmte can still choose to reject that plea for any questions that they want because that’s how investigative committees in the House of Representatives work.
In criminal cases, the 5th Amendment protects against self-incrimination, guarantees the right to a grand jury & forbids double-jeopardy. But the idea that “pleading the 5th” is some magic get out of accountability free card is incorrect. There are limits on this for good reason
Even if the committee doesn’t exercise it’s power to overrule the 5th, it can probe witnesses’ reasons for not answering & seek immunity from a court guaranteeing their testimony will not be used to prosecute them (this doesn’t mean they can’t be prosecuted for their crimes).

This politico comparison of SCOTUS justices’ stated position on Roe at their confirmation hearings and their current position exemplifies exactly why the court has no legitimacy. Perjury is a felony. All 6 @GOP-appointed justices lied to get confirmed. politico.com/news/2021/12/0…

If you are tired of hearing about another school shooting every week, and more gun fatalities every single day, you are not alone. The question is: what can we do about it? Here are some ways we can actually reduce the number of gun deaths/violence in the United States?
(Thread)
1. BAN WEAPONS OF WAR

Mass shootings are almost always committed with assault weapons like AR-15’s that are military-grade killing machines. They serve no legitimate purpose for and should not ever be in the hands of civilians. We can renew the ban Republicans let expire in 2004
2. REDUCE LARGE-CAPACITY MAGAZINES

Research supports this; even if it may take time to have an effect. It’s also common sense. Gunmen are less deadly when they have to stop to reload. Even if this only reduced shootings by 1% that would be over 650 fewer shootings every year.
