I did check out all the existing lists like this you recommended and ended up deciding to build my own for 2 reasons: (1) very few covered all three high office categories: House, Senate, Governor and....
(2) Many such lists included Dem candidates who either already had such a huge lead or deep lag that add'l funding wasn’t likely to make much difference. We wanted our list to focus on tossup races where donations could still have a lot of impact. Will post it soon as it's ready!
