I want to acknowledge how humbled I am by all of those who, in the difficult weeks after their favored candidate dropped out, joined us in the fight for progressive values.

I’d love to offer an olive branch to anyone still on the fence. Let’s discuss ur concerns on #hearthebern
Last year, I spoke to @jonfavs in an illuminating conversation about the left/center left divide.

And my chat with @peterdaou, one of Hillary’s strongest advocates in 2016 who now supports Bernie, has been one of my favorites.

I see folks like @ProudResister and. @traceyecorder fighting so hard for Medicare for All and free child care and student debt cancellation because they believed in those principles from Warren’s platform sincerely, and I’m genuinely humbled by their selflessness & consistency.

And our latest ep featuring the one and only @MissNatalieWynn.

Listen to Ep 2 of #HearTheBern, on which I interview my colleague who has since become a good friend of mine. She's a type 1 diabetic from a working class immigrant family in Miami.
She had to leave a top 5 college due to cost, & has been largely running our surrogates/comms dept while attending community college. She's hardworking & committed to Bernie bc he's the only candidate fighting so that she doest have to haggle over a $700 bill for an insulin pump.
He's the only candidate who would cancel of her student debt, and who would make it so one of the many excellent public colleges in DC were free to attend. But enjoy your schadenfreude. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/2-b…

This week, I addressed the controversy over how to ethically build a "big tent" movement: It doesn't mean moving to the middle to appease an imaginary moderate.

I was glad to be joined by several LGBTQ supporters to address this, including @yovimi & @thrasherxy! #hearthebern

Imagine being this dismissive of the most working class, diverse, and female coalition in this race.

Let me tell you about who I spoke to at the rally.

I interviewed some of them here: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/29-…
Lucia grew up in the foster care system. She said she has a Bernie tattoo on her forearm bc it’s where people in dispaor cut themselves. But Bernie, she said, “says despair is not an option. So he motivated me. He keeps me focused. He keeps me fired up— do know I’m not a loser.
"It really is hard for us foster kids, & Bernie has been fighting for us the whole time. Like he's been fighting for our parents -alot of us didn't want to get taken away from our parents. We were only taken away bc our parents were the working poor and couldn't take care of us."

“Trump breaths air. You breathe air Bernie. How will voters tell the difference?”

Americans deserve better than this questioning. #DemDebate

"Rich kids" don't take out loans at an 8% interest rate just for fun.

This is exactly the type of justification used to privatize schools, libraries, and other public services.

Progressive taxation means the wealthy pay more to support public goods. This is basic stuff.
I break it down further here: tinyurl.com/y4bb6qo7
And in the most recent episode of #HearTheBern, I go into more detail: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/13-…
