It has been extremely difficult for me to even comment on #JaylandWalker. What can we say that hasnât already been said? We have watched White men slaughter kids, adults and be taken in with burger and fries. There is no need in life to shoot anyone 40 times. None.
The police only understand violence towards Black people. This isnât a reform issue. You canât reform this. The entire policing system is a joke and a scam created to harm Black people and make white people feel safe because Black people exist.
But MARK MY WORDS this issue doesnât end with Black people. Because they will soon be at your doorstep too. And itâs only going to stop one way. Thatâs all I will say about that.

Monday July 4th 2022, @bitebackdc held a march in Washington DC. The intent of the march was to question why we are celebrating freedom when our autonomy, our community, and our rights are under attack.
As I arrived to the park about 20 minutes early the park was empty. The surrounding area of the park on the otherhand was flooded with police. Every side was lined with vehicles ans gear trucks/trailers. At one point I see the white shirts meeting. Ass. Cheif carrol is there.
The crowd was gathering in the park slowly as people talked and went over basics of what to expect. There was talk of no tone policing actions, why we were there, and safety run down banner says "corrupt courts & killer cops BURN IT DOWN"

The police precnese was very large from the beginning. There were easily a 3 to one ratio of police to protesters and at aomepoint got higher as night kept going.

A couple blocks from the Akron Police HQ, activists set a dumpster on fire, leading to a stalemate where riot cops watched the protesters from across the street, with traffic flowing (and some burning garbage) in between the two sides.
