Percy was ALSO a minor (16yo) when he had sex w/ the underaged girl (14yo). The age gap between them is 2.4 years, not 4 like Aries initially reported. The girl (14-17) was legally allowed to consent to sexual activity w/ #PercyHynesWhite (16-19) at every point in that timeframe.
Aries LIED about the age gap between #PercyHynesWhite & the underaged girl named Jane, which is 2.4 years, NOT 4. so I’m keeping the focus on percy’s 4 main accusers- aries, kay, karis, and desiree. these are the girls who started the #cancelpercy hashtag and they’ve been lauded for their bravery in “exposing their r*pist.” but NONE of these girls have actually accused percy of r*ping them.
aries says he groped her at a party, but clarified he did NOT r*pe her, kay says he said mean things to her and sexually harassed her friends, karis claims to be a victim of him but won’t say what he did, and desiree is blaming percy for what SOMEONE ELSE did to her at a party.
I thought your narrative was to cater to victims of abuse. So what does it matter to you if he said a slur for a movie?

And also Elaine, I understand that you want to fight for justice and want to believe all victims, however, since there has been no development in this case and these victims refuse to reach out to you, despite your efforts, I think its clear sign that your help is not needed.
I'm saying this in the most respectable way considering your own experience with SA but don't try to twist everything so you can prove a point.

Percy is NOT being accused of r*pe. The girls who have came forward about Percy are Aries, Desirée, Karis, and Kayla. Of the 4, 3 of them have said they were victims of him via sexual assault, enabling r*pe, and verbal abuse. None of them have said that Percy r*ped them.
Percy was also underaged when he first had sex with an underaged girl and having sex at 14 with someone 3 years older than you is LEGAL in Canada. The girl (14-17) was legally allowed to consent to having sex with Percy (17-20) at every point during that timeframe.
