The climate crisis has exposed mammoth ivory in once-frozen regions. That has caused a spike in the mammoth ivory trade.

And ... mammoth ivory can be hard to distinguish from elephant ivory. Potentially makes it easy to launder illegally obtained elephant ivory. (2/3) Image
