I confess I am kind of surprised that the July Prestigious Ashurbanipal award goes to @tferriss for his book Tools of Titans. thefire.org/the-third-ever… 1/4
It opens as a weird health & fitness ride through #acroyoga (!?), "exogenous ketones", hyperbaric chambers, homemade punish saunas, & holding your breath for 7 minutes (why?) . A big reminder of NOT hard core I am. 2/4
