So how did we do? Meh. 🙇🏽♀️🥺😐Test of change #pdsa 1 was chock full of humble learning. All 6 participants had trouble connecting - varied valid reasons. next pdsa is to tweak process further. Highlight- stellar staff working within constraints @BRONAGHONEILL3 @WesternHSCTrust
