Soak your chosen crop in water for a long period (typically for 3-4 days), when soft, blend smooth with water and sieve. After the water has been sufficiently drained, leave it unrefrigerated for sometime to give it, it's classic sour taste and Violà, your Akamu/Ogi is ready😋
