1) What Did Mark Warner & Maxine Waters Know, & When Did They Know It

On 04/05/17, Jamal El-Hindi, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Acting Director, personally provided "an overview of FinCEN’s mission to Sen. Warner and members of his staff."

2) 05/23/17: Rep Maxine Waters, House Financial Services Committee ranking member wrote Tres Sec Mnuchin demanding FinCEN provide any records of President Trump’s financial ties to Russia "including money laundering, sanctions, Foreign Corrupt Practices & Logan Act violations."

3) On 01/10/18, Waters wrote Tres Sec Mnuchin again, accusing him of directing subordinates "to obscure, destroy, or withhold information implicating the President, Trump campaign officials, family members or associates."

4) 05/18/18, Waters to Mnuchin: "... failure to respond to numerous requests ... for financial intelligence data housed within ... FinCEN suggested you were attempting to obstruct our efforts to uncover potential criminal activity by the President & those in his inner circle."

5) 05/16/18: Ronan Farrow "New Yorker" FinCEN expose' runs:

"Missing Files Motivated the Leak of Michael Cohen’s Financial Records:
A law-enforcement official released the documents after finding that additional suspicious transactions did not appear in a government database."

6) 10/16/18: FinCEN employee Natalie Mayflower Sours Edwards is indicted for leaking Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to media. Edwards wasn't accused of being the leaker for the New Yorker story, but Farrow said his source claimed to be protecting more SARs from going missing.

7) “I have never seen something pulled off the system. . . . That system is a safeguard for the bank. It’s a stockpile of information. When something’s not there that should be, I immediately became concerned,” Farrow's FinCEN source told him. “That’s why I came forward.”

8) "A record-retention policy on FinCEN’s Web site notes that FALSE DOCUMENTS or those 'deemed highly sensitive' and 'requiring strict limitations on access' may be transferred out of its master file," Farrow wrote. (Emphasis mine)

9) That certain reports may have been removed or restricted troubled the FinCEN official who leaked the Michael Cohen SAR to Farrow.

“Why just those two missing?” his source said. " ... what alarms me most” is that contents of those two reports might be permanently withheld.

10) The leaker's sense of ALARM would seem to be misplaced: SAR reports BY LAW must remain confidential, and it's a FEDERAL CRIME to publicly disclose them.

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United Resisters of America, and to the "Higher Loyalty" for which we stand."

11) “The Treasury Department should release all of the SARs immediately to the American public.” Michael Avenatti, attorney for porn slut Stormy Daniels, who released on social media summaries Cohen’s transactions derived from the single leaked SAR. Quoted in the "New Yorker."

12) Farrow's source "was aware of the risks, but said fears that the missing reports might be suppressed compelled the disclosure. 'Things that stand out as abnormal, like documents being removed from a system, are of grave concern to me.'”
