Twitter is filled with lying sacks today. @AlanDersh did not say, at some level of high generality, that the 25th Amendment violates the #Constitution. I'm linking the video because I had to go watch to see exactly what was said.

As you can plainly hear, @alandersh made the point that the proposed invocation by #mccable, #rosenstein, and others, of the 25th Amendment would be unconstitutional. And he was correct in that assertion.
The 25th Amendment is not the "we are unhappy with you" amendment to the Constitution. It is the "unable to perform the duties of the office" due to disability amendment.

Dersh is crystal clear: if everything that has been said about Trump & collusion is true, impeachment is the constitutional cure. What these bureaucratic elites had in mind was an unconstitutional power grab ...
the abuse of a constitutional amendment out of dissatisfaction over the refusal or failure of Congress to employ the constitutional pathway to the removal of a president that has committed high crimes and misdemeanors: #impeachment.
The dishonesty of those who are pretending that @AlanDersh flatly claimed that a constitutional amendment was unconstitutional might astound you, but I am not surprised by the lying sacks. They lie because it is what they do, they lie because it is who they are.
