There already is a long list of his impeachable offenses. Just last week he was dangling a pardon before Michael Flynn. Last night he was on television saying he would meet with and take help and opposition research from a foreign government without informing the FBI.

The Mueller Report laid out a clear case for obstruction of justice. Around 1000 former federal prosecutors said with these facts they would file criminal charges. Only reason why the president has not been indicted is because according to DOJ policy he is immune in office
