Someone has asked me to compile a list of accessibility presentations for a non-technical #a11y beginner so I'll be doing a bit of posting on this thread over the next couple of days of some presentations that have stuck with me... if I can find them online.

Love when you learn a helpful tip before an event even begins. To make Zoom calls more inclusive for #TGNC folks, you can add pronouns to your Display Name
1. Hover over your own video (or name)
2. Select the ellipsis (…)
3. Select “rename” & type pronouns after your name

@jessi_mons and @MadelenaMak advocate for #userresearch to focus less on demographics & more on what people do and who they are. Gender isn't always relevant and methods should reflect that

Need an evolving understanding for what tools are available today to get your work done. If you want your business people to work with your #datascience team, they need to understand what data is and what it can do. Also helps to avoid chasing buzzwords and bling.
