Geceyi defter değeriyle kapatalım. Borsaya ilk girdiğim zamanda anlamıyordum. PD / DD 1’den nasıl düşük olabiliyor diye.. #peterlynch reisin dediği gibi defter değeri kurmaca mı gerçek mi iyi sorgulamak gerekir. Bilanço ve dipnotlar defter değerinin aynasıdır.
Öz sermayede en gerçek unsur ise nakit ve nakit benzeri kalemidir. Nakit ve nakit benzeri kalemi dışında kalan tutarlar irdelenebilir. Örneğin; Bir üretim hattının değeri 4 milyon TL yazılabilir fakat çok eski teknolojili bir üretim hattı ise belki de çok daha azdır değer.
