YES 🚨 WE HAVE RECEIPTS

ARIZONA

We found alleged deceased people were sent ballots, and many of those ballots were allegedly cast per the voter database

Results were submitted to @GeneralBrnovich under penalty of perjury

Intake Number: EIU-2020-29902-2316

#SecuretheVote
We reviewed about 4,000 voters age 90+

▪️10% identified as deceased and receiving a ballot
▪️1% identified as deceased, receiving a ballot, and casting a vote

Biden's victory margin is less than 0.3%

If % held across age 79+ (200k voters), election would likely be overturned
Our process had 3 rounds of audits on deceased voters that submitted a ballot

Our sample size was statistically significant at a confidence level of 98% with a 1.74% margin of error

🧵"THE MOST SECURE ELECTION"

AZ Election officials quote EAC certification to provide justification for DOMINION software being "secure"

Per the EAC, they certified DOMINION 5.5 B ➡the same system used by Maricopa County AZ⬅ based on antiquated 2005 EAC voluntary guidelines
EAC was unable to update standards until 2015 because they lacked a sufficient quorum for FOUR YEARS

Why would the Commission every election department in the nation uses to certify their election software be allowed to not have a quorum for FOUR YEARS?

#SECURETHEVOTE
EAC currently has a draft version of new guidelines developed in 2017 available for public comment⤵

It's unbelievable the security of our entire election nationally is based on standards developed over 15 years ago

@ClintLHickman, you may not be aware of imp key facts

My observations & research pt by pt in your letter:

1. We have no evidence of an accurate or reliable election since @maricopacounty has yet to publish any formal technical or security analysis docs re Dominion
1/
2. Equipment Certification Advisory Committee allowed for a DOMINION-DRIVEN sales demo as their functionality test

1st demo included an unknown small number of ballots; 2nd test was only with 16 ballots

There's no tech reports published

Minutes: azsos.gov/elections/voti…
2/
3. Mandatory requirements do not include a security test
➡️Top voter concern

Tech code can change & there's no analysis or reporting published by Maricopa County on this

AZ vote count requirements are not statistically significant and purely a ceremonial statute requirement

CONCERNING

Neither @SecretaryHobbs nor @maricopacounty published technical reviews of the Dominion Voting Systems software

Vendor driven sales demos conducted Oct 29 '19 & Jan 28' 20 were considered sufficient for cert by Hobbs' Equipment Cert Advisory Committee
#Sad
.@maricopacounty Board of Supervisors vote for $6.1M allocation of funds to Dominion Jun 26 '19 had no consideration of a technical review and no discussion

From May 20 '19 MC Election Workgroup request, RFP was completed & negotiated very quickly in about a month
#SecureTheVote
Several other Secretary of State Depts do have technical review formal test docs of Dominion published
➡️PA 107pg report Jan '19
➡️CO 30pg Aug '19
➡️GA 27pg Aug '19
➡️TX reports Feb, Jun, Nov '19
*TX denied cert for security USB issues, ballot secrecy, accurate operation

🗳❌Here’s the Democrats lawsuit in Florida, they are claiming that signatures should not be compared because it historically disenfranchises Democrat voters.. #STOPtheSTEAL
documentcloud.org/documents/5031…
They claim this Florida policy decreases confidence and first time voters. According to the lawsuit the Vote by Mail number is almost identical to 2016 elections, shocker. In 2016 27,700 votes were rejected. (They fail to mention which party) #STOPtheSTEAL
This is rich. According to them (after saying it’s always Democrat’s) signatures can be affected by all kinds of things including alcohol, drugs, pen type, distress, anger, fear, happiness, depression and nerves🤦‍♀️ #StopTheSteal #FLRECOUNT2018
