29/4/2003. Sixteen years ago today, I was chatting to a friend of mine Dominique (Dom) in Tel Aviv. She was excited & planning to go into business by herself. We had a talk and as she walked away, I said 'I will see you later'. That was the last time I saw Dom alive.

I'd known Dom for about 6 years. We became friends - both working with tourists around Tel Aviv. We knew the same people, went to the same places. When 'Mike's Place'- a new live blues bar opened on the beachfront in 2001, she went to work there.

That Tuesday evening was 'jam night' at Mike's Place and it was busy. Just after midnight, two men approached the bar - Avi Tabib, the security guard became suspicious- there was a struggle, an 'alluha akbar' and then an explosion. It was a suicide bomb attack

I got the call at 01:45 about 1 hour after the bombing. Initially I was told Dom was hurt but had survived. It took a few hours before I knew the truth, she died on the operating table. Avi Tabib saved many people - but 3 were still killed. Dominique Haas, Ran Baron & Yanai Weiss

There was a second bomber, but his bomb failed to detonate. He fled - with his body eventually washing ashore a couple of weeks later. After the call I got dressed and went to the scene. It is not the first attack site I have seen. You never forget the sights, sounds or smell

So who killed Dom, Yanai and Ram? These bombers were not Palestinians. Not born in Ramallah or Gaza or Jenin. The one who killed Dom was from London, the other from Derby - both these bombers were British. Born and educated in the UK. They had gone to Israel to kill Jews.

The image below is of the two British terrorists. Asif Mohammed Hanif and Omar Khan Sharif. #Hamas and the Alaqsa Martyrs Brigade claimed responsibility. That's right - Hamas - the friends of @JeremyCorbyn and other hard-left activists with absolutely no moral radar.

The terrorists hid amongst hard-left activists in the 15 days they were in Israel. Groups' like @ISMPalestine, NGOs in Ramallah and Jerusalem. Foreign *Journalists* helped them travel into and out of Gaza. NOT ONE came forward - even after they knew what had happened.

This is radical Islamic terror & this is Hamas. Those that are friendly with it - those that say 'kaddish' for its terrorists - they are deluded. Hamas have martyr pages for these terrorists. Still today honouring those who walk into tourists pubs and deliberately kill civilians

There are moments in life you never forget. Because the attack occurred after midnight, most people involved remember Mike's Place attack on the 30th. Not me. For me it will always be the 29th. The last time I saw Dominique smile.
