The bill that would authorize sharing Trump's tax returns to House committees goes to the NY Assembly floor tomorrow afternoon--as it happens, at the same time as a federal court hearing in Trump v. Deutsche.

NEW: When prosecutors released parts of Michael Cohen’s search warrants, they continued to redact sections largely pertaining to campaign-finance crimes.

They just asked to keep these sections secret.

NEW: “In view of the ongoing aspects of the Government’s investigation,” Judge Pauley keeps the redacted parts of Michael Cohen’s search warrants SEALED.

Prosecutors must check in again on July 15.
Prosecutors said earlier that they would file a sealed, ex-parte letter on the Cohen search warrant matter.

A notation for sealed filing just hit the Cohen docket.

If and/or when Barr charges Trump’s opponents, how many people will ignore or sow doubt over this record of openly fantasizing and agitating for political prosecution and payback?
When Turkish President Erdogan started purging his political opponents, he framed it as a legitimate criminal investigation against treasonous elements trying to topple him through a corruption investigation that implicated him and jailed his political allies.
Partial list of past and present foreign leaders who have called criminal investigations against them coup attempts:

Turkey’s Erdogan (corruption)
Italy’s Silvio Berlusconi (fraud)
Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu (bribery)

Trump has refused to turn over his tax returns but hasn't invoked executive privilege. Treasury Secretary Mnuchin has instead denied the returns by arguing there is no legislative basis for requesting them.

But the IRS memo says disclosure “is mandatory."
The IRS memo says the law “does not allow the [Treasury] Secretary to exercise discretion in disclosing the information provided the statutory conditions are met,” and directly rejects the reason that Mnuchin has cited for withholding Trump's tax returns.

So Trump was the biggest loser when he took this trip to Russia in 1996. He's the vacant dumb guy in the room in a delegation of "US magnates/developers" seeking investments in Moscow. And vice versa! Russia's investment in Donald paid off bigly in 2016!
The video of Trump in Moscow appeared in early February. It was misidentified as a December 1995 trip to Russia, but it was in 1996.
