MORE: Robert Mueller is expected to sit before both the House Judiciary AND the House Intelligence committee in two separate open hearings on July 17, with the possibility that some testimony will occur in closed session.

A Border Patrol official told a state lawmaker that the agency won't accept donations [of diapers, wipes, soaps, etc...] for facilities where children and babies are being held in filthy, substandard conditions. Why? Because the Trump admin wants to torture these poor children.
