I suspect that Hemispheres Horizons, LLC is the owner of Tom Barrack's N284CC (now N10H) in the name only and Barrack is still the ultimate owner of the jet. I haven't found a connection between Barrack and Hemispheres Horizons, LLC/TI Capital yet. Maybe someone could help?
